Presented by Amy Kweskin of Artsightful, this session introduces a holistic approach to creating sustained income from and for your artistic practice. In this session, we use the Business Model Canvas to develop actionable business models specific to your art practice. This is an interactive workshop that provides a hands-on application of tools, easily adaptable as the scope of your art practice evolves.
We will:
– Clarify the lifestage of your arts practice
– Identify value propositions for your audience, collaborators and funders
– Develop earned and contributed income streams (sales, subscriptions, donations, etc)
