In this session, we use the Business Model Canvas to develop actionable business models specific to your art practice. This is an interactive workshop that provides a hands-on application of tools, easily adaptable as the scope of your art practice evolves.
- Clarify the lifestage of your arts practice
- Identify value propositions for your audience, collaborators and funders
- Develop earned and contributed income streams (sales, subscriptions, donations, etc)
